We practice on Wednesdays and Sundays. Most practices are held at the NOVA Aquatic Center in Henrico, VA. We practice in the “new” pool — to the left after you walk through the main entrance.
The NOVA Aquatic Center is located at 12207 Gayton Road, in the West End of Richmond.
